Young Leaders Breakfast

The goal of Young Leaders Breakfast is to bring young leaders in Fond du Lac County together with high school students to share ideas, impart wisdom, and develop relationships that will support the continued growth of Fond du Lac County workforce through round table discussions.

Like YPF’s annual Breakfast with Champions event, the Young Leaders Breakfast invites area young professionals to serve as “champions” and high school students as attendees. Students will have the opportunity to ask young professionals about post high school educational experiences, careers, and community involvement. This event is about making connections and inspiring students to return to or stay in Fond du Lac County.

In 2022, the participating young professionals represented at least 20 different industries including education, agriculture, engineering, skilled trades, and entrepreneurship. A total of 9 schools joined the event, representing both private and public spheres.

One high school attendee in 2022 shared that “This event made me more confident in graduating and making my career choices.”

A young professional in attendance in 2022 also shared that Young Leaders Breakfast is “Great opportunity to help expand the minds of future young professionals who will go forward and make change.”

YPF is a program of the Envision Greater Fond du Lac Foundation. As a 501(c)(3), donations made to YPF are tax deductible.
Financial assistance is available for YPF’s annual membership, Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s and YPF’s mission is to improve and develop all future leaders in the Fond du Lac area, regardless of their ability to pay.
