What do you enjoy the most about your career? I enjoy the fast paced environment that allows me to work with a team to solve various problems on a daily basis.
What words of wisdom would you share with other YP’s in relation to career building? Always be eager to learn new skills. You never know when it may be able to add value to your career or to your team.
Who or what inspires and motivates you to be your best? I have had many fantastic mentors throughout the course of my very young career; however, my parents will always inspire me to be the best version of myself, and to always give my best effort in any situation.
What are 3 Characteristics and/or Strengths that make you who you are? Honesty, integrity, and effort.
What is your favorite thing to do in your free time/a hobby you enjoy? When I have some free time I enjoy shooting archery, motorcycling, and hiking.
What is your favorite part about being in YPF and how has it benefited you? My favorite part of YPF is that all the members are so welcoming. YPF allows me to practice professional conversation skills in a more casual environment, so when I need to have difficult conversations it’s not as intimidating.
What does community engagement look like for you? Community engagement looks like participating in community events, volunteering when you can, and supporting fellow community members.
Share a lesson you have learned or a nugget of advice with other YP’s: Always do your due diligence because you never know who is watching you. Many opportunities can arise when people can see that you care.
What do you love about the Fond du Lac area today and what is your hope for it’s tomorrow? Fond du lac , to me, will always be home. Within the greater Fond du Lac area there are plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors and explore. Our downtown area is bustling with countless small businesses that I always find my way into. Fond du Lac is a unique place that keeps pulling me back into. I hope that Fond du Lac can continue to grow and add opportunities for adults and youth alike.
