The series will feature a mix of original and cover bands every Thursday of summer 2024 in downtown Fond du Lac
Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts (THELMA) will again present 13 free evening concerts onstage outside THELMA at 51 Sheboygan St., Fond du Lac, Wis., every Thursday this summer to offer the Fond du Lac and surrounding community fun summer music programming.
THELMA’s Thirteen Thursdays, presented by Fox Valley Savings Bank, is an annual summer concert series where visitors can enjoy live music, drinks, and fun.
The bands, including performers from all over the Midwest who create original music and cover much-loved, familiar hits, will be at THELMA every Thursday evening from June 6 through September 5 except for July 4. The bar will open at 6 p.m., with music starting at 7 p.m.
From opening night with roots Americana band, Copper Box, to an evening of danceable hits with The 5 Card Studs, THELMA is sure to have something for all music lovers.
Concerts are free and open to the public. Donations to THELMA will be accepted at the entry gates, and an area nonprofit partner will have a table at each concert to better inform and engage with the Fond du Lac community. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
“We are thrilled to once again offer this spectacular line-up of talented musicians for summer 2024,” said Shannon Kupfer, THELMA executive director and curator. “Thirteen Thursdays concerts have become a mainstay of summer fun in Fond du Lac, and we’re committed to keeping them free and accessible to everyone.”
