Sabre track and field competes at Marquette Invitational

Marian University track and field competed at the Marquette Invitational, its second outdoor meet of the season.

  WOMEN

  • Freshman Ryaan Williams finished at 15.14 seconds in the 100-meter dash, identical to her first meet, and 34.12 seconds in the 200-meter dash.
  • Fellow freshman Madeline DeVries continued to see a drastic improvement in her time in the 1,500-meter run.

MEN  

  • Senior Connor Powers improved upon his 400-meter dash time, which remains fifth all-time, at 53.22 seconds.
  • He and junior Max Ramker competed in the 200-meter dash with Powers finishing at 24.20 seconds and Ramker 24.53.
  • Ramker also earned a 10th-place finish in the 100-meter dash at 11.79 seconds.
  • Junior Jackson Shultis was the lone Sabre to compete ina field event with a throw of 5.77 meters in the shot put.
