Marian University men’s bowling finished second at the Viterbo Invitational.

- The Sabres were able to take a dominating early lead after a strong start to traditional play finishing with 5,038 pins over five games.
- Marian opened traditional play with 1,003, 1,090, and 1,108 pins, three of the six games over 1,000 pins in the entire field.
- Another strong start to Baker play helped lead Marian to 2,915 pins, the third highest total in the field.
- The Sabres had four games with more than 200 pins in Baker play and earned the top seed for bracket play at 7,953 pins.
- Marian opened bracket play with a dominating win over UW-La Crosse where the Sabres had games of 201 and 217.
- Facing third-seeded Winona State in the championship match, Marian was narrowly defeated in a five-game thriller.
- The Sabres opened with games of 213, 234, and 203 and had a 2-1 lead.
- Marian struggled in the final two games, however, falling 192-185 and 210-182.
