In one of the most competitive events of the season, Marian University men’s bowling placed 11th out of 78 teams at the Hoosier Classic.

- Marian opened the event in 15th after posting a total score of 5,061 in traditional play.
- The Sabres had more than 1,000 pins in four of the five games with a high of 1,060 pins.
- Marian then finished with the seventh-highest total for Baker format at 3,038.
- The Sabres had seven games with more than 200 pins out of the 15 total games.
- The high game for Marian was a 279 and through the first 10 games had an average of 217.7.
- This put Marian at 8,099 in total for the event, one of just 17 teams to finish above 8,000 pins.

Rory Clark had a dominant performance to average 218.0 and finish 16th. Clark had more than 200 pins in all five games with three games above 220 pins. |

Ryan Dreikosen had a 203.8 average to finish 84th. Dreikosen finished traditional play with a 228 and 229. |

Jaysen Spanbauer placed at 111th with an average of 198.8. He had four games with more than 200 pins including a 214 high game. |
