Forum Health Fond du Lac/Midwest Hyperbarics will host an open house on Monday, June 27 from 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. Bring friends and family to tour their clinic and meet their staff and providers, Dr. Steven G. Meress, MD, FACP, ABHM; Dr. Donna Abfall, ND; Dr. Brian Borden, ND; and Lorie Wendt, FNP-C!

In partnership with Envision Greater Fond du Lac, a ceremonial ribbon cutting will take place. Guests interested in in being part of this should be at the event at 3:30 p.m.

Tours of the new space, complimentary refreshments, special guests, samples, and raffle opportunities will all be available. As a bonus, all attendees will receive $50 off a new patient Nurse Practitioner intake appointment!
