Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s President/CEO, Sadie Vander Velde, was named to Insight’s 40 Under 40.

“I am humbled to be named a 40 Under 40 by Insight Publications,” Vander Velde said. “It’s also extremely exciting to be featured as the cover of the June issue of 40 Under 40. It’s incredible for Envision and Fond du Lac County to be recognized for our efforts in attracting and retaining young talent is incredible. This recognition for our programming, events, and daily work our team does for workforce development is extremely rewarding.”

Vander Velde stepped into the President/CEO role in April 2020. From the start, she led not only the Envision team, but groups from around the county to address significant issues facing the county. Today, among many things, she is specifically focused on leading change in child care and attracting talent to our county.

Outside of work, she serves in organizations such as Noon Rotary, Noon Kiwanis, and Destination Lake Winnebago Region (the Fond du Lac area Convention and Visitors Bureau). She also supports women’s professional development efforts.
