Envision Greater Fond du Lac has promoted Raina Lyman to Senior Director of Economic Development.
In this new role, Lyman leads efforts to attract new businesses and support the growth of existing ones in the region. Her focus is on boosting the local economy by connecting with potential employers, building strong partnerships at the local, state, and national levels, and promoting the area as a top destination for business growth and investment. She will drive initiatives that make the community thrive and help businesses see why this region is the perfect place to succeed.. She will also oversee activities of the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Specialist ensuring that efforts to support small business growth complement business attraction initiatives and align with regional economic development goals.

Lyman previously held the role of Director of Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to her work at Envision, she was in the team leader role with Blue Door Coffee Co. and served as a communication relations specialist with Drexel Building Supply. Raina earned her Entrepreneurship Development Professional (EDP) Credential through the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) earlier this year.
