Envision Greater Fond du Lac is pleased to announce Raina Lyman, Senior Director of Economic Development, has been recognized as one of Insight’s 40 Under 40 honorees for 2025. This prestigious list highlights the most innovative and influential young professionals under the age of 40 who are having an impact in their respective industries and communities within Northeast Wisconsin.
“Out of nearly 150 nominations, these 40 individuals were chosen by our selection committee for their impressive accomplishments and leadership,” Angela O’Kray, Insight’s general manager, said. “It was a really competitive selection process, which just solidifies the fact that our region has an abundance of young talent.”
Lyman joins an esteemed group of individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation. The Insight 40 Under 40 recognition is a testament to Envision’s commitment to fostering talent and supporting the professional growth of its team members.

“Insight’s Portraits of Success: 40 Under 40” is a celebration of the achievements and impact 40 young professionals in Northeast Wisconsin have in their industries and communities. Profiles and portraits of each honoree will be featured in the June issue of Insight on Business. The portraits, created in collaboration with Image Studios, will be displayed in a special exhibit at The Art Garage in Green Bay May 30-June 1. This exhibit is open to all free of charge.
