RB Royal Industries is pleased to announce that effective August 26th, Ryan Blaine has been appointed CEO/President.

Ryan brings extensive experience in machining and manufacturing with 20 years of industry experience. Since 2021, Ryan has been serving as President/CEO of Aztalan Engineering, where he developed and executed strategic plans, cultivated a highly effective leadership team, a company culture, and increased company value. Prior to this, he was the VP of Operations, managing multiple departments, while also overseeing business development and sales.

In his new role, Ryan will lead RB Royal’s strategic direction as they continue to provide worldclass engineering fluid transfer solutions. His proven leadership and strategic vision will be invaluable as they strive for continued growth and success.
